Trama
Data stellare 4372.5: Per garantire la pace tra i pianeti di Elas e Troyius del sistema Tellum è stato combinato un matrimonio tra due membri di alto rango dei rispettivi governi.
L'Enterprise deve portare Elaan su Troyius, ma la mancanza di diplomazia di questa donna e la presenza di una spia klingon a bordo complicano la missione.
